Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to assess client needs, make referrals, and coordinate comprehensive behavioral health services across seven western counties of North Carolina. Work with diverse age groups and acuity levels, with opportunities to lead clinical teams and provide supervision. Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology or related field
- Eligible for, or possess, one of the following licenses in North Carolina: LCSWA, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT, etc.
- Licensure must be in good standing
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
