Job Summary
Outpatient Therapist at ncgCARE partner National Counseling Group provides individual, family, and/or group therapy; conducts case management, crisis intervention, and psychological evaluations; develops written service plans; leads wraparound meetings; collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams; maintains accurate clinical documentation; adheres to clinical and regulatory standards; and participates in supervision as applicable by licensure. Compensation is variable-rate based on productivity with a defined referral base, and includes a sign-on bonus. Licensure in VA or license eligibility required; Master’s degree in a related field required. Flexibility in scheduling and opportunities for clinical focus development are available.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
