Outpatient Surgery RN

Conduct preoperative assessments, prepare patients for endoscopy procedures, and serve as the circulating nurse during intraoperative care. Manage post-anesthesia recovery for patients in phase 2 recovery and isolation rooms, then coordinate discharge planning and patient education. Monitor patient status, respond to clinical changes, and manage emergencies using critical judgment while collaborating with physicians and anesthesia providers. Maintain required licensure, certifications, and compliance with organizational policies throughout the perioperative continuum.
