Outpatient Surg Center - PRN PACU RN

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for post-anesthesia care patients using evidence-based practice. Coordinate safe, quality patient care through interdisciplinary rounds, bedside shift reports, and just-in-time teaching while documenting outcomes. Partner with patients and families to align care with individual goals, and participate in performance improvement initiatives, research utilization, and shared governance activities. Mentor preceptors and staff, complete mandatory education, and uphold TJC Patient Safety Goals and Wellstar health system policies.
