Outpatient Surg Center - PRN PACU RN

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the PACU using evidence-based practice and critical thinking. Partner with patients and families through bedside reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching to align goals with the care plan. Coordinate safe, quality care delivery via timely documentation and inclusive interdisciplinary communication while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives to promote patient safety and reduce re-admissions. Lead or support precepting and mentoring of nursing staff and students to develop the future workforce. Adhere to all organizational policies, TJC safety goals, and legal regulatory standards.
