Outpatient Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee administration of outpatient programs; supervise professional and paraprofessional staff; coordinate operations with Support Services Supervisor; provide leadership in program design and implementation, personnel management, and budgeting; ensure staff development, training, and compliance with clinic policies; exercise independent judgment and autonomy; collaborate across site management and agency teams; hire, train, evaluate, and supervise staff; address disciplinary matters; design/implement new programs under supervision; participate in staff case reviews and training; ensure service quality for children and families served by Starfish Family Services; require a Master’s degree and Michigan licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field required
- At least two year’s previous experience working within a Community Mental Health (CMH) practice required
- At least one year formal or informal supervisory experience required
- At least three years subsequent experience working with children in a mental health/human services facility
- Must have a current, valid professional license/certification in the State of Michigan
