Job Summary
Perform phone triage, care navigation, and in-basket management to provide safe, therapeutic care in an outpatient pulmonary setting. Deliver patient and family education while making independent clinical decisions and ensuring efficiency in care delivery. Manage immediate priorities, offer solutions for problems, and serve as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to the team. Requires a BSN or ADN with Virginia RN licensure, BLS certification, and zero years of clinical experience. Full-time day shift from Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse
- 0 years of registered nurse clinical experience
- BLS from the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of acute care experience such as ICU, ER, trauma or surgical units
