Job Summary
Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) for a Gastroenterology clinic in a full-time day-shift role (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm) performing essential clinic duties including full intakes, medication reconciliation, patient education, vaccinations/injections and phlebotomy, and providing safe, holistic care in a physician practice/outpatient setting. Acts as a resource, preceptor and mentor, supports team efficiency, makes independent clinical decisions, and contributes to improved patient outcomes in gastroenterology outpatient care.
Required Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- 0 years of registered nurse clinical experience
