Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN

Outpatient RN CAP role providing nephrology/hemodialysis care; assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for assigned patients; administer medications per approved algorithms; educate patients and families; lead and supervise Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/RNs as assigned; support from Clinical Educator/Preceptor; participate in quality improvement and CAP progression; 10-12 hour shifts with clinic hours and potential travel to training sites; ensures documentation in the patient record and adherence to Fresenius Kidney Care policies; heavy lifting and long periods of standing may be required; direct patient care in a healthcare facility setting.
