Job Summary
Outpatient RN with CAP 2 designation responsible for ongoing assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of care for dialysis patients, coordinating with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians; duties include patient education, medication administration, emergency response, and contributions to quality improvement; requires nursing degree, state licensure, BLS/CPR, and prior nephrology nursing experience as part of the CAP pathway.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current appropriate state licensure
- Current or successful CPR BLS Certification
- Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which employed
- Entry level RN with minimum 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience
