Job Summary
Outpatient Registered Nurse role in Fresenius Kidney Care's CAP program. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, coordinating with RNs/LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, administers medications as prescribed, participates in emergency response, provides patient and family education, and contributes to quality improvement and team leadership activities within the dialysis setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current appropriate state licensure
- Current CPR BLS Certification
- Must meet practice requirements in the state in which employed
- Minimum 9 months experience as a RN
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred)
