Job Summary
Outpatient RN CAP 1 in Fresenius Kidney Care (EsKD-focused) providing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of clinically competent care for dialysis patients. Responsibilities include ongoing patient data collection during hemodialysis, adjusting treatment plans as indicated, administering prescribed medications, educating patients and families, coordinating with nurses, PCTs/LPNs/LVNs, and contributing to staff training and quality improvement. Must complete CAP requirements to advance; travel to training sites may be required; heavy lifting and exposure to infectious materials are possible. Mentions team leadership/coordination and adherence to nursing standards and policy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
