Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients by monitoring them before, during, and after treatment. Educate patients and families about kidney care and treatment options while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives within a supportive, collaborative environment. This outpatient role offers paid dialysis training, no overnight shifts, and no Sundays, with an hourly rate of $29.00–$50.00.
