Job Summary
Outpatient RN CAP2 responsible for ongoing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of hemodialysis care for an assigned patient group; administer medications and provide patient/family education; collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians; serve as a resource and mentor; participate in quality improvement and CAP activities; may serve as Preceptor; requires nursing degree, active state licensure, BLS/CPR, and nephrology/hemodialysis experience; pay range $33.00–$55.00 hourly equivalently annualized to $68,640–$114,400 depending on location and qualifications; benefits package included; travel to training sites or other facilities may be required; positions located in Dundalk, MD with in-person work expectation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current appropriate state licensure
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification
- Minimum 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis as RN
- Entry level for RNs with minimum of 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience
