Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN - Dialysis

Outpatient Registered Nurse with Dialysis experience sought to float across units, providing and coordinating clinically competent care for an assigned patient group undergoing hemodialysis. Responsibilities include patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation; education for patients and families; collaboration with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians; administration of prescribed medications; responding to emergencies, and participating in quality improvement activities. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current state RN licensure, BLS, and Dialysis/nephrology nursing experience with CAP 2 eligibility; 10–12 hour shifts on a full-time schedule in Oswego, IL. Must be willing to float between units and adhere to Fresenius Kidney Care policies and standards.
