Job Summary
Conduct full intakes, reconcile medications, and provide patient education for stress testing, including regular, echo, and nuclear procedures. Deliver safe, therapeutic care in an outpatient setting while making independent clinical decisions and ensuring efficiency in care delivery. Mentor staff by serving as a resource and preceptor to guide practice improvements and achieve maximum productivity. Requires a BLS certification from the American Heart Association; Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing with Virginia RN licensure. Full-time day shift from Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Associate's Degree
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse
- 0 years of registered nurse clinical experience
- BLS from the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Greater than one year of RN experience
- prior Cardiology Nursing background such as in IMCU, PCU, Tele, CVICU
