Outpatient Referral Liaison

Process incoming referrals and documents, create patient charts and cases, and maintain chart contents to enable timely scheduling and communication. Verify patient insurance benefits and cross-train with other employees to fill in as needed. This role supports the multidisciplinary team at Bethany Children's Health Center, the only inpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma, ensuring high-quality care for children ages 0-21.
