Job Summary
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans for a broad age range of patients across various case types. Collaborate with a dedicated integrated care team including therapists and practice assistants to provide collaborative, evidence-based care. Supervise Advance Practice Providers such as PMHNPs and PAs, with support for advanced treatment options like TMS and Spravato. Work a hybrid schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call, utilizing a four-day work week model with 75% of patients showing significant improvement within three months.
Required Qualifications
- Active license in the state of Wisconsin
- Active DEA license and active Controlled Substance license
- Board Eligible or Active Board Certification in Psychiatry
- Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
