Job Summary
Outpatient Psychiatrist position at LifeStance Health in the Richmond/Houston, TX area. Fully licensed Texas psychiatrists who are BE/BC with an unencumbered DEA are sought for a hybrid, outpatient group-practice role with both in-person and telemedicine components. The role supports both medication management and therapy, with no required weekend calls and flexible full-time or part-time options. Compensation is productivity-based with an above-market base, sign-on bonus, full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, parental leave, EAP), and additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels. Requires establishment of practice in Texas and the ability to work in a hybrid setting; candidates should be based in or near Houston."
