Job Summary
Conduct outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults in-person or via telemedicine, utilizing an EMR system with electronic prescribing. Manage patient appointments and collaborate with therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners within a multidisciplinary team. Set your own scheduled hours and appointment lengths through a Care Matching model to align your caseload with your expertise. Participate in weekly clinical leadership consultations, Grand Rounds, and supervised training in TMS and other innovative therapies.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
