Outpatient Psychiatrist (Adult or Child & Adolescent)

Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations, customizing practice focus between medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend. Set your own pace by determining preferred caseload and patient volume while collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Work Monday through Friday with weekends optional, utilizing a hybrid model that allows work from home with as little as one day per week in-office. Compensation ranges from $375,000 to $440,000 based on productivity, alongside a sign-on bonus, annual incentive bonus, and comprehensive benefits including a 4% 401(k) match and malpractice insurance.
