Job Summary
Diagnose, manage, and treat patients with conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, and OCD through individual assessments and ongoing medication management. Provide initial evaluations and coordinate care plans that integrate psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, and wellness techniques. Work independently in a hybrid outpatient setting with full support for administrative tasks including prior authorizations, scheduling, and obtaining outside records. Maintain proficiency with EMR systems and e-prescribing while delivering compassionate, non-judgmental care to diverse populations across Massachusetts, Florida, Rhode Island, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.

- Strong organizational skills

- Excellent oral communication skills
- Experience practicing independently
- Computer proficiency
- EMR proficiency
- E-prescribing proficiency
- Understanding of a broad range of mental illnesses
- Experience with a broad range of mental illnesses
- Ability to provide Initial assessments
- Ability to provide on-going Medication Management
- W2 employment classification
- Monday through Friday work schedule
- No weekends required
- No on-call required
