Job Summary
Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling to address bio-psychosocial needs while collaborating with community agencies for patient assessment. Evaluate and document intervention effectiveness, assess psychosocial functioning, and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings to define measurable goals. Respond promptly to social work service requests and utilize age-specific considerations in treatment planning, adhering to standards for diverse populations. Utilize appropriate interventions in psychiatric emergencies and ensure specific, measurable goals are defined. This per diem position offers $50 per hour. Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a valid Washington state license with at least two years of psychiatric facility experience. CPR certification and crisis intervention training are required within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field
- Valid Washington state license in Social Work or clinical-related mental health field
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility
