Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for an adult Medicare population aged 60+, managing an average of 12-16 patients daily upon ramp-up. Deliver longitudinal, physician-driven care with autonomy in customization and protected clinical judgment. Utilize an efficient, cloud-based EHR within a team environment supported by dedicated medical assistants, care coordination, and RN support. Maintain a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with rotating tele calls shared among in-market physicians. Receive a $75,000 sign-on bonus and quality metrics-based compensation without RVU pressure. Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients
- Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
- Physician must have an active, non-probationary Missouri medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Missouri medical licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics
- Kansas licensure
