Job Summary
See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits while managing your own patient panel to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff in a well-established outpatient setting. Maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule with minimal call responsibility. Required Qualifications
