Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care for the senior population in Sebring, including diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans. Perform physical examinations, order and interpret lab tests, refer patients to specialists, and provide preventive health advice. Manage care within managed care systems while adhering to HEDIS and MRA standards. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm with a capacity of 12 patients daily. The role requires a Florida ACN or unrestricted medical license and Spanish-speaking ability.
