Job Summary
District Manager of Physical Therapy leading outpatient clinic operations across Pasadena and Pearland, TX. Role blends hands-on clinical leadership with operational oversight, supervising physical therapists, assistants, and staff; managing scheduling, productivity, and regulatory compliance; driving evidence-based clinical practice, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives; collaborating with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals; fostering a positive, patient-centered culture; and engaging in community outreach and professional development. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Texas license, at least 3 years outpatient clinical experience, and prior leadership experience.
Required Qualifications

- Current Texas Physical Therapy License
