Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN)

Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist while monitoring and documenting resident progress. Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe movement techniques, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines. This role requires a current Florida PTA license, associate degree, and CPR certification, with senior living experience preferred.
