Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant - Gibson City FT

Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant provides patient care under the supervision of a physical therapist across acute hospital, outpatient, swing bed, and long-term care settings. Responsibilities include administering interventions per the PT plan of care, monitoring patient responses, documenting thoroughly, communicating with the supervising PT and care team, involving families in pediatric cases, contributing to discharge planning, ensuring patient privacy, and supporting department quality and educational activities. Requires IL PTA licensure (or temporary licensure) and CPR certification; 3–6 months of on‐the‐job experience preferred. Full-time schedule 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., five days weekly.
