Job Summary
Provides individualized outpatient physical therapy evaluation, documentation, and planning with implementation of treatment plans; educates patients and families; coordinates and conducts a full treatment caseload; delegates tasks to PT assistants and aides; collaborates in team conferences; seeks ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice; requires PT degree (DPT) and MA licensure, BLS certification, and ongoing CE in rehabilitation; position based in Bradford, MA with a typical Monday–Friday schedule in an outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy, DPT from an APTA-accredited college or university
- Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professionals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or valid application)
- BLS certification for Adult, Child, and Infant
- Demonstrated pursuit of continuing education courses relevant to physical therapy
- Knowledge/experience in adult rehabilitation and geriatric populations
