Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, creating personalized treatment plans and delivering hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions. Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity of care while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical records system. Manage a caseload of 10-12 patients daily within an intimate care setting that offers residency-style clinical development and specialty services including pelvic health, neuro care, and sports medicine. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 with monthly incentive bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $30,000.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Current state licensure (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
