Outpatient Physical Therapist - PRN

Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical and developmental needs, then implement therapy using exercise, neurodevelopmental, and sensory integration techniques. Monitor patient progress, consult with Therapy Management on care goals, and provide oral and written communication to physicians and departments to ensure continuity. Maintain equipment, toys, and supplies; assist in ordering recommendations; and protect patients and staff by adhering to infection control policies. Provide hands-on training to caregivers and student interns while participating in patient care conferences and professional education sessions. This PRN role covers intensive programs Monday through Wednesday mornings and vacations.
