Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist for Per Diem opportunities. Evaluates, develops and implements treatment programs for patients across age groups in outpatient physical therapy settings; provides high-quality care, supervision/education of staff therapists and coordination of clinics; documents patient care and adheres to JCAHO requirements; opportunities to train staff and participate in CQI activities. Requires bachelor's degree, graduation from an approved PT program, PT license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience; advanced degree (masters/doctorate) preferred. Shift flexibility with daytime hours; per diem, varied day/evening shifts.
