Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist at Northwestern Medicine in Oakbrook Clinic. Provide direct patient care with evaluation and treatment of pelvic health rehabilitation and orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions. Maintain primary responsibility over patient plans of care through timely collaboration with treating PT/PTA(s). Demonstrate essential skill competencies in selecting appropriate evaluation and treatment modalities, document daily notes in EMR, and ensure discharge summaries meet requirements. Actively participate in committees and departmental process improvement; contribute to education and training of clinical interns, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient progress, safety, and outcomes. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday with two evenings until 7:00 p.m.; licensure in Illinois required; master’s/doctoral degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois
- BLS from American Heart Association upon hire
- outpatient experience

- experience treating orthopedic and general musculoskeletal conditions
