Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services for residents in senior living settings, including performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress to adjust care as needed. Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on mobility, exercise, and prevention strategies while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Ensure compliance with all applicable Florida licensure and documentation standards. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed PTs in Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
- CPR certification
