Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures; consults, educates, and trains patients, families, and caregivers; collaborates with care teams to deliver patient-centered care; ensures compliant documentation and billing, supervises assistants and students, participates in continuing education and quality improvement, and contributes to program development and marketing strategies as part of the Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital team in Ogden, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Basic Computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
