Job Summary
Physical Therapist on-site at HonorHealth in Peoria for outpatient therapy services. Responsible for evaluation, development and oversight of evidence-based PT plans of care, collaboration with patients/families, and discharge planning. Provides therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, mobility training, activities of daily living training, and modalities; maintains accurate documentation; participates in interdisciplinary rounds; delegates to PT assistants; supports department needs and process improvements; requires Master's or Doctorate in PT with AZ license (or compact licensure) and BLS as applicable. Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $15,000. Shift includes 4x10s, day shift, with coverage Monday-Wednesday-Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA, prior to starting employment
- AZ State Board of Physical Therapy and/or PT Compact License - Current license issued by the Arizona Board of Physical Therapy that is in good standing, and/or Compact State Licensure Upon Hire
- Preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
