Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services for residents in senior living settings, including evaluations, personalized treatment plan development, and progress monitoring. Deliver skilled interventions to restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance independence while educating caregivers on mobility and prevention strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and maintain compliance with Florida licensure and documentation standards. Requires current Florida PT license, doctorate or master's degree, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
