Job Summary
Evaluate patients to understand specific conditions and needs, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals. Provide direct patient care using hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise regimes, and comprehensive education for adults aged 40 to 65 with musculoskeletal conditions. Document progress and outcomes accurately in CureMD EMR software while communicating regularly with referring providers. Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure alignment on treatment approaches. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a modern outpatient setting focused on adult rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills for effective patient interaction
Desired Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in an outpatient therapy setting, specifically with adult rehabilitation
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly CureMD
- Experience in implementing evidence-based treatments and staying current with best practices in physical therapy
