Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, individualized one-on-one therapy sessions to 1-2 patients per hour, conducting thorough assessments to evaluate conditions and develop customized treatment plans. Implement hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to empower recovery, while regularly measuring progress and documenting outcomes in compliance with state regulations. Work onsite in an outpatient setting with diverse populations recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative cases, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Requires a DPT or MPT degree, active Florida license, and two years of outpatient experience. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement contributions.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited institution
- An active Florida Physical Therapy license in good standing
- A strong foundation in clinical skills
