Job Summary
Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patients' physical needs and create individualized treatment plans based on their goals and conditions. Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions to enhance patient function and mobility. Educate patients on effective injury prevention strategies and movement efficiency, promoting awareness of their body mechanics during daily activities. Regularly reassess patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs and objectives. Document all patient care activities, including evaluations, treatment modalities, and patient interactions, in compliance with state and federal regulations. Engage in professional development through continuing education opportunities, workshops, and mentoring, enhancing clinical skills and knowledge. Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Requires a current and valid New York State Physical Therapist license, a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, and at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
