Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for elderly patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgery, or chronic pain. Administer evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training while educating families on movement mechanics and home exercise programs. Collaborate with orthopedic physicians to adjust care plans and utilize the Electronic Medical Records system to document progress. Maintain current Oregon licensure and DPT degree with at least two years of outpatient clinical experience. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A current and valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Oregon
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in outpatient settings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices
- A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to helping individuals achieve meaningful recovery
- A proactive approach to professional development and teamwork
