Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific needs and recovery goals. Administer hands-on therapy techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, exercises, and patient education. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including communication with physicians, nurses, and other therapists. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic policies and regulations. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Las Vegas, focusing on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current and valid Nevada Physical Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting
Desired Qualifications
- Further education at the Master's or Doctorate level
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Prior involvement with evidence-based therapy approaches and techniques
- Experience working collaboratively in a team-focused environment
