Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations by reviewing medical history, performing structured assessments, and documenting findings accurately. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and patient feedback, while monitoring progress to adjust protocols as necessary. Communicate effectively with patients and families to set achievable goals and maintain thorough documentation of interactions, including daily notes and discharge summaries. Manage efficient patient scheduling and support marketing efforts to promote clinic programs. Work Monday through Friday in our outpatient clinic in Manassas, Virginia, serving diverse clients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Virginia, or eligibility to obtain one
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- at least two years of clinical experience in outpatient settings
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
