Job Summary
Evaluate patients referred by physicians, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine specialties. Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes through evidence-based practices. Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises. Meet established benchmarks for patient utilization and contribute to the clinic's business objectives. Work onsite Monday through Friday for a full 40-hour week in our West Palm Beach outpatient office.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications
- Demonstrated ability to build meaningful connections with patients
- A genuine desire to help them through their recovery journeys
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
