Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions by creating personalized treatment plans and delivering hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions. Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to ensure continuity of care while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical records system. Manage a caseload of 10-12 patients daily within an intimate care setting that fosters meaningful patient relationships. Work alongside a team pursuing specialty certifications in pelvic health, neuro care, sports medicine, dry needling, and cupping through our in-house residency-style program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Current state licensure (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
