Job Summary
This position involves evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment programs for patients with various diagnoses, focusing on achieving optimal functional outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing and reassessing patient conditions, creating individualized treatment plans, supervising and educating staff and students, maintaining documentation per regulatory standards, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, a valid PT License, and at least one year of clinical experience.
