Job Summary
Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients, develop treatment strategies with exercise regimens, and utilize modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Provide information on adaptive equipment, restore physical function, and determine patients' ability to reintegrate into the workplace or community. Maintain a clean environment per health codes, communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians, and assist in research initiatives as assigned. Work full-time, 40 hours weekly at St. James Hospital in Butte, Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- One (1) year related experience
- Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
