Job Summary
Perform unit dose preparation for cartfill and first doses, including compounding non-sterile, non-hazardous medications and preparing oral syringes. Execute outpatient pharmacy phone triage and insurance adjudication, while managing medication storage inspections and replenishment for automated dispensing machines. Work rotating full-time shifts at the Burnet Campus O/P Pharmacy with a starting pay range of $19.50 to $23.92.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active registration with the OH Board of Pharmacy
- PTCB certification
- OH Board of Pharmacy certification within 18 months of hire
- ASHP accredited program graduate OR licensed as a Pharmacy Intern OR 6 months of pharmacy related experience
