Job Summary
Prepare unit dose medications for cartfill and first doses, perform non-sterile compounding, and deliver patient-specific doses. Conduct outpatient pharmacy phone triage, process medical claims, and inspect medication storage. Operate pharmacy automated dispensing machines and hospital computer systems as needed. Perform ADC replenishment and manage inventory. Work rotating 24-hour weekly shifts at the Burnet Campus outpatient pharmacy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active registration with the OH Board of Pharmacy
- PTCB certified
- OH Board of Pharmacy certified within 18 months of hire
- ASHP accredited program graduate OR licensed as a Pharmacy Intern OR 6 months of pharmacy related experience
